Once you have selected the printer and entered your company details, a lease agreement will be automatically generated. You can sign it electronically or with a traditional signature. If you have any questions about choosing a printer or signing the contract, please contact us for advice.

We'll come to you at a pre-arranged time, connect and configure your printer and connect it to the internet network to provide the best possible service - from on-time replacement of print cartridges to automatic meter reading and invoicing. All you need is the ability to connect your device to the internet.

The modern printer maintenance system allows us to remotely monitor your print cartridge levels and deliver the cartridge you need before the old one runs out. That way you don't have to worry about anything, order anything and risk not being able to print when you need to. All you have to do is replace the cartridge when it's completely used up. And there's absolutely no cost to you for the delivery of the print cartridge!

Sometimes a printer may need the attention of a repair technician due to a worn part or extensive use. Don't worry about it - repairs and maintenance are included and we'll service the printer throughout the contract at no extra cost and replace it if necessary so you can continue working without worry.

We'll take care of the remote write-off of the printer meters so you don't have to check them at the end of the month and send them to us. The bill will be generated automatically and emailed to you, or you can find it in our self-service system, where we'll also provide you with lots of other useful information.
